Come home to what feels
warm, alive, and true.

You’re allowed to want.
You’re allowed to receive.

You are capable. Responsible. Often the strong one.

And yet something inside you feels tired.

You long to feel more at home in yourself — less tangled in old relational patterns, more rooted in who you’re becoming. You want intimacy that feels honest. Desire that feels alive. Boundaries that feel clear. A life that feels like it belongs to you.

Maybe you carry grief.
Maybe you carry shame.
Maybe you carry more than anyone realizes.

You don’t need to be fully ready.
You don’t need to have the right language.

You only need a willingness to begin.
To come home to yourself.

This Is For You If…

My Approach

I offer relational, somatic, and parts-informed therapy for people seeking depth — not just symptom relief.

Together we gently explore the protective armor you’ve built, the younger parts still waiting to be heard, and the emotional and erotic self that may have gone quiet.

My work is warm, collaborative, and grounded in nervous system awareness. I help you build internal safety, relational clarity, and a life that honors your needs rather than overrides them.

You are allowed to need.
You are allowed to want.
You are allowed to grow.

Why I Do This Work

I’m Hannah Rockel, and I care deeply about the places we’ve learned to hide.

The capable parts. The ashamed parts. The longing parts. The erotic parts. The tired parts.

I believe healing is relational. When we feel seen and safe enough, something in us begins to soften. And when one person heals, the ripple extends outward.

My work is grounded and warm — spacious enough for grief, playful enough for growth. I believe in pleasure as medicine, in nervous system awareness, in helping you build a life that feels aligned rather than performed.

I do this work because I’ve witnessed what happens when someone remembers their own aliveness.

And I believe that’s possible for you, too.

What to Expect

Our first session is a gentle beginning. We’ll move at your pace.

Sessions are 50 minutes and offered virtually or in-person.

You don’t need a perfectly formed goal. You don’t need the right words. We begin with what’s here.

If you’re unsure whether we’re a fit, I offer a brief consultation call.

You Might Be Wondering

Do I have to know what’s wrong?

What if I’ve tried therapy before?

What if I’m high-functioning but exhausted?

Is erotic work always sexual?

Can I do couples work and individual work?

If This Resonates

You don’t need certainty.
You don’t need to be fully ready.

If something in your body softens as you read this, you’re welcome to reach out.
